Here are a few quick shots of the big day. Grandpa had a great idea and broke out the sparklers. The ones pictured here were super fun. Really spectacular. And as soon as he told Charlie they were dangerous if he did not follow directions - the kid was hooked. Uh-oh. A dare devil in the making. Maybe I should start getting together an Evil Keneval (I am sure I spelled that one wrong) outfit for next Halloween.

We ended the night with a birthday wish - wished on a sizzling down sparkler - because he came home sick from school and really should not be blowing on the cake. Incredibly this makes 6 - SIX- birthdays in a row where he has been sick! What are the odds? Cummon baby we're going to Vegas!
