From the POV of a Kid

Charlie walked to the boat yard today.  Here's what he saw as he did:

What on Earth?

What is that?  Apparently it's a hole being marked off with red milk crates and yellow warning tape.  It caught Charlie's attention.

Me? I liked the flowers and the shape of the window.  How does one BEND glass?  How cool would it be to blow glass?  Almost like playing with fire - or lava.

Never Seen Snow

This kid's never seen snow but the cherry blossoms are so dense on the trees that this morning walking along Little Pond in the fog it was almost like awaking after a big snow to see your neighborhood transformed into a Winter Wonderland.  Then again this afternoon - more like evening - we ran into more petals.    Mimi started it by taking a fallen handful - dampened by the day's rain - and tossing it into the wind.  Charlie followed suit.  Thankfully my Dinosaur Digital works....somewhat well.  (By the way, those are gardening gloves being modeled by Outdoor Chaz.)
